2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Pre-orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is available within our serviceable areas in Patiala.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and distance.
• Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and order value.
• You must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order.

4. Takeaway & Pre-Orders

• Takeaway orders should be picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
• Pre-orders must specify a valid pickup/delivery date and time.
• We may contact you to confirm pre-orders for large quantities.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before they are accepted by the outlet.
• Once an order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• For quality complaints, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
