Return & Refund Policy

At Pateesa Bites, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you fresh, safe, and in excellent condition.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be:

• Delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or

• Incorrect product received; or

• Significantly damaged during transportation.

Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, taste preference, or incorrect ordering.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, opened, tampered with, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs/videos of the package and product

• Photographs of the shipping label, if applicable

Our team will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

4. Replacement

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.

Replacement availability may depend on product stock and delivery location.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will generally not be provided when:

• The return request is made after 2 days of delivery.

• The product has been opened, consumed, or used.

• The product was damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.

• The customer simply does not like the taste or product.

• The wrong product was ordered by the customer.

• The customer is unavailable to receive the order and the product is returned due to failed delivery attempts.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
